Roles and Responsibilities
- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean
- Preparing and ensuring appropriate materials
- Creating work schedules
- Following health and safety norms
- Supervising staff and laborers
- Checking technical designs and drawings are followed properly on the site
- Engaging with clients and subcontractors and also with the project manager
- Providing technical advice
- Decision making/Problem solving
- Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.
- Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.
- Overseeing construction engineering processes.
- Performing regular tests on materials and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget.
- Documenting processes and keeping detailed construction logs.
- M Book maintenance knowledge
