HOW WE DO IT
- Foundation: Raft foundation on consolidated soil, no excavation required
- No plastering: using Rincon fibreglass concrete formwork (shuttering, centering), we don’t need any ceiling/external/internal plastering
- Process improvements: conventional construction methods in india have many inefficiencies. We apply many known best-practices (localized to Indian condition) to vastly improve efficiency.
