Rincon Springboard is a disruptive approach to house construction. Shear wall with raft foundation using Rincon Fiberglass Plywood Composite concrete formwork. We cast the house at your site. This is not pre-fab, pre-cast construction. Nor are the houses made of steel shipping containers.

HOW WE DO IT
- Foundation: Raft foundation on consolidated soil, no excavation required
- No plastering: using Rincon fiberglass concrete formwork (shuttering, centering), we don’t need any ceiling/external/internal plastering
- Process improvements: conventional construction methods in India have many inefficiencies. We apply many known best practices (localized to the Indian condition) to vastly improve efficiency.
