Roles and Responsibilities

• Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean
• Preparing and ensuring appropriate materials
• Creating work schedules
• Following health and safety norms
• Supervising staff and laborers
• Checking technical designs and drawings are followed properly on the site
• Engaging with clients and subcontractors and also with the project manager
• Providing technical advice
• Decision making/Problem solving
• Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.
• Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.
• Overseeing construction engineering processes.
• Performing regular tests on materials and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget.
• Documenting processes and keeping detailed construction logs.
